Responsibilities

Job Scope:
Handle warehouse admin tasks: data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate shipments and track deliveries/receipts.
Communicate with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Assist in stock monitoring and inventory control.
Handle customer enquiries and provide updates or solutions.
Support warehouse team for smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O-Level/Nitec/Diploma (Business, Logistics, or related).
Experience in warehouse admin or customer service is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
