Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant/café operations.
- Manage and guide service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign duties and work schedules to staff.
- Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Check inventory and assist with stock ordering and control.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Train and coach new and existing staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work discipline.
- Handle cash/ payment transactions and daily sales closing when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Assist the manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore food safety requirements.
