Roles & Responsibilities

Working hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm

Key Roles

• Manage daily scheduling of ICT resources and loan of school devices.

• Liaise with MDM vendor for software updates, app installation, and routine device checks.

• Upload and publish school content (announcements, circulars, newsletters, photos).

• Provide photography and videography coverage for school events; perform basic post-production editing and archiving.

• Upload and schedule e-Broadcast materials for internal/external communications.

• Maintain accurate ICT asset inventory (serial numbers, condition, custodian); conduct periodic stock checks.

• Provide ad-hoc AV setup and operational support for events (sound systems, wireless mics, projectors, screens).

Requirements

• Diploma from local polytechnic OR ITE/Higher Nitec.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Gmail.

• Basic knowledge of audio mixers, wireless mics, and HDMI projection systems.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
