Job Summary

Applicant must have knowledge of bread and dough with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the commercial field. Able to shape dough and understand the dough process.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of bread and dough to prepare and shape dough accurately for commercial baking purposes
• Perform dough shaping tasks following established processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Utilize understanding of dough processing to support efficient production and maintain product standards
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a commercial baking environment with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial field involving bread and dough handling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of dough processing techniques and shaping methods
