Amaris Consulting Hiring! Full Time Project Manager (Data Migration) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

You will join our global team as a Project Manager (Data Migration), acting as the bridge between global and local teams to ensure alignment between global technical standards and regional business needs. You will support the delivery of a strategic, long-term transformation program.

Your Missions

• Act as the regional point of contact for Global Master Data Management technical topics.
• Collaborate with global and local IT and business teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Coordinate multiple small to medium-sized projects in parallel, ensuring that timelines and priorities are respected.
• Track project activities and provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify potential risks or deviations, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate solutions in collaboration with the Solution Manager.
• Contribute to solution design and support the definition of technical approaches aligned with global guidelines.
• Coordinate integration testing activities across systems and teams, including test scripting, execution, and documentation.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation covering solutions, project decisions, discussions, and ongoing activities.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Master Data and application integration.

Your Profile

• Experience in IT project management, application project management, solution coordination, or a similar role (5 to 8 years).
• Experience coordinating data-related projects involving data architecture, data modelling, data quality, data integration, or Master Data Management.
• Experience supporting Data Science initiatives or working closely with data-focused teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience managing several projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with international, multicultural, and cross-functional teams across different regions.
• Proficiency in business analysis, project tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Academic background in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• English fluent. Mandarin is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Jira, or MDM platforms such as TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG, or Informatica is an advantage.
