Singapore General Hospital Hiring! Full Time Manager (Fundraising and Donor Stewardship), Development Office in - Ricebowl

You will support the fundraising efforts and develop win-win fundraising partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for Singapore General Hospital. You must be familiar with the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating potential donors, creating solicitations, writing proposals, and stewarding donors. You will lead and implement strategies to secure philanthropic funding for research, education and patient care.

Job requirements

• University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 6 years of working experience with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, donor relations and stewardship
• Energetic, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking and organisational skills to effectively work with diverse groups
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to collaborate and build alliances
• High in customer service orientation, personal motivation and commitment to drive philanthropic support
• An active listener with a strong ability and belief to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to stakeholders, colleagues, prospects and donors.
