• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and bolster demand for our products.
• Innovate and drive campaigns or activities to fortify our VIP membership loyalty program.
• Collaborate with internal teams that works with suppliers and partners to optimize co-marketing opportunities at our store outlets.
• Oversee and manage relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery and implementation of events and marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with PLC partners, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Support communication and marketing activities, including POSM coordination, eDM distribution, digital marketing campaigns, and KOL collaborations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those in the retail industry.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, particularly with agency & 3rd party vendors.
• Organized, responsible, and good at solving problems.
• Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
