Position: Care AssistantWorkplace: Klinik Pakar Wanita Subang PermaiEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable Care Assistant to support patients and the clinic’s medical team in providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient patient-care experience. The successful candidate will assist with basic patient care, clinic operations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with their basic needs and provide courteous and compassionate care. Support doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff during patient consultations and procedures. Prepare consultation rooms, treatment areas, and basic medical equipment. Assist with patient preparation before examinations or procedures. Monitor and report patients’ general condition or any concerns to the nurse or doctor. Assist patients with mobility and ensure their safety within the clinic. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of consultation and treatment areas. Clean, disinfect, and properly arrange equipment and supplies as required. Assist with preparing and restocking medical supplies. Handle basic administrative and clinic-support duties when required. Ensure patient information and clinic matters are handled with confidentiality. Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, infection-control practices, and instructions from medical staff. Perform other duties related to patient care and clinic operations as assigned. Requirements Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, nursing home, or healthcare environment is an advantage. Caring, patient, responsible, and respectful towards patients. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. Physically fit and able to assist patients when necessary. Willing to work according to the clinic’s operating schedule. Basic computer skills are an advantage. Preferred Qualities Friendly and approachable personality. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Compassionate and attentive to patients’ needs.
