Tasks & Responsibilities

• To assist with business communication and customers information.
• Provide direct administrative support to co-worker including data entry, generating documentation and reports, mailing, updating customers with calls or messages.
• Assist the company to track and maintain accurate reports and information.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
• Assist clients with any liaison and communications with Government agencies and Banks.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up sales support to the existing client base.
• Build in-depth knowledge about the Incorporation program/laws and the industry's competitive landscape.
• Assist the Manager in sales intake procedures, gather and submit the required documents from clients and apply for any corresponding licenses of the clients if needed.
Support other administrative affairs assigned by the Manager and Partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or above; with Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or Legal background is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess a good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Fast learner with genuine interest and knowledge, willingness to grow and progress together with the Company.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
