Basic information:

• Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
• Saturday 9am to 1pm
• Basic up to $7,000 (no comms)

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, outreach, and relationship building.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve individual revenue and sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations and promote the clinic’s services to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Leverage professional networks to generate referrals, particularly within the healthcare and HNWI sectors.
• Develop strategic partnerships with insurers, corporations, healthcare professionals, and other referral channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other relevant sales documentation.
• Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Corporate Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
• Engage clients regularly to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Support contract renewals and drive continued account growth.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client engagements, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
