Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination:
Manage daily office operations, sort incoming mail, and maintain neat communal office spaces.
Calendar Management:
Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Documentation:
Prepare, format, and edit invoices, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
Inventory Control:
Track office supplies, order new inventory, and manage relationships with local vendors.
Visitor Relations:
Greet clients, answer incoming phone calls, and route inquiries to the correct department.
Data Entry:
Update and maintain physical files and digital databases securely.
