Mandarin Language Tuition Center looking for suitable Customer Service Officer

Job Description

·  Man the reception desk of the school and attend to enquirer from new and existing parents

·  Facilitate student registration process

·  Organise and maintain course and student data

·  Update statistics report for the branch

·  Liaise with teachers and parents on administrative matters

Job Requirements

> Required to work on Saturday and Sunday

> Competence in PC skills (MS Microsoft Office)

> At least 2 years of relevant working experience

> Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills

> Organised and meticulous

Working Hours :

5-Days Work Week (2 Days Off on Weekdays)

1st Shift : 9.00am to 6.30pm

2nd Shift : 9.30am to 6.30pm

3rd Shift : 10.00am to 7.00pm

Salary : $2000 to $2400

Annual Leave - 14 days
