Job Description

Job Purpose 

• Provide support for admissions administration.
• Provide support for physical and online outreach activities.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Admissions

• Provide general administrative support in execution of annual admissions exercises.
• Process application and other admissions documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Extract and process data relevant to admissions.
• Respond to public queries regarding admissions.

Outreach

• Provide administrative and logistical support for physical and online outreach events.
• Provide administrative support for online outreach efforts, including website management, social media campaigns, and email campaigns.
• Provide administrative support in producing and inventorying physical outreach resources.

The staff member will be expected to perform other duties relating to admissions and outreach, as instructed by the Director of Admissions and Outreach.

Qualifications

Requirements 

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience.

Proficiencies

• Proficient in social media and online engagements.
• Proficient in handling data and statistics.
• Proficient in handling private and confidential information sensitively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
