Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the Fixed Assets (FA) register, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, tagging, annual verification, and monthly depreciation.
• Prepare and submit SST returns and exemption applications, ensuring SST compliance and proper maintenance of related records.
• Process Trade Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Perform product costing and operational cost analysis to support management decision-making.
• Support internal and external audits and provide the necessary documentation and information.
• Liaise with Procurement, HR, Finance, and other relevant departments on accounting and operational matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a Public Listed Company environment will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience with Epicor ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, costing, SST, and fixed asset management.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
