We are pleased to be partnering a global manufacturing specialist headquartered in Europe to appoint a Senior Recruiter into the organisation. With a strong international footprint across Europe, Asia and the US, the client combines deep technical expertise with scalable manufacturing capabilities. To facilitate their delivery of ambitious customer roadmaps, they are looking for a switched-on, proactive individual in Singapore team who can help attract, assess and secure high-calibre talents.

The Role

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, operations and professional roles across the Singapore operations and potentially broader Asia footprint
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements and drive high-quality hiring outcomes
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding activities
• Optimise recruitment processes, candidate experience and use of ATS and sourcing tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices, metrics and stakeholder collaboration
• Support broader talent initiatives as the business continues to invest in capabilities and growth

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or Senior Recruiter, ideally within high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, precision engineering or related industrial environments
• Strong full-cycle recruitment skills with a track record of filling technical and professional roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
• Hands-on approach combined with the ability to think strategically about talent needs
• Experience working in or with international teams is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
