WE ARE HIRING – ADMIN

Location: Tebrau, Johor Bahru

Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,300 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling general HR and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records and files.
• Assist in recruitment process such as posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare staff documents such as offer letters and employment records.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing simple reports when required.
• Handle general office administration and documentation.
• Support management in HR and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
