Responsibilities
Well Established Local Company
Working day : 6 days (able to work on night shift)
Site: Changi
Willing to work on weekend and PH when required
Must with site supervisor experience
Follow the work schedule sequence for construction operation.
Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
Able to understand construction drawings.
Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.
Hands-on works of wet trade/ architectural/ steel work or any other activity that supporting project.
Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
Allocating work to workers, setting targets and communicating precise instructions.
Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
At least 8 years' experience as a site supervisor at Construction Site
Diploma in Construction, Civil & Structural Engineering or any construction, electrical related study certificate
Experience in the construction industry required.
Experience in a leadership role recommended.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
