Job Summary

Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, attend to guest requests professionally, handle Lost & Found items, and collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction
• Make beds properly and replenish guest amenities and linen to maintain room readiness
• Report maintenance issues and room defects promptly to facilitate timely repairs
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests to enhance guest experience
• Handle Lost & Found items following hotel procedures to ensure proper management
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and housekeeping equipment to support hygiene standards
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Maintain professional grooming and punctuality to represent the hotel positively
• Collaborate effectively with the Housekeeping team and other departments to support smooth operations
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support hotel needs
