Job Description

Responsibilities

The applicant would be tasked on the following:
  • Handling prep work in the Restaurant which include preparing bread, preparing protein and vegetables.
  • Handling cashier in the Restaurant
  • Handling Quality Assurance, Service Excellence and tip top cleanliness in the Restaurant
  • Perform opening shift in the Restaurant
  • Perform closing shift in the Restaurant
  • Aid the Operations / Area Manager in meeting scheduling needs
  • Ensuring audit checks are performed regularly which specifically include food safety checks
  • Keep morale of the employee high
  • Manage Labour Cost in the Restaurant
  • Manage Food Cost in the Restaurant
  • Team player
  • Highly self motivated
  • Quarterly incentive
  • Yearly get together
Weekend and Weeknights commitment are required.
