Job Responsibilities

1. Plot and update store layouts based on given space planning guidelines and requirements.
2. Prepare layout revisions based on the feedback from SRD team and key stakeholders.
3. Support layout preparation for store renovation and refurbishment projects.
4. Ensure layouts are accurate and completed within the required timeline.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date store layout files and records.
6. Support basic microspace/planogram/OSD plotting and updates when required.
7. Assist the SRD team with other space planning and administrative tasks as needed.
8. KPI: Deliver assigned store layouts accurately and within agreed timelines, supporting the team to meet the required renovation project output.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
2. Experience in retail, space planning, merchandising or store planning is an advantage
3. Basic Microsoft Excel/Publisher/Paint skills
4. Good attention to detail and accuracy
5. Able to work with high-volume and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
6. Core competencies: Macrospace/store layout plotting, accuracy and speed of execution, ability to follow guidelines and instructions, time management, teamwork and flexibility
