Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with proven FPSO or FSO project experience to support the effective management and control of project documentation throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, revision and filing of project documents and drawings.
• Maintain accurate document registers and ensure timely document issuance and retrieval.
• Ensure documentation complies with project, client and company document control procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams.
• Manage electronic document management systems and maintain document traceability.
• Monitor document revisions, approvals, transmittals and outstanding documentation.
• Support project audits, inspections, handovers and final documentation close-out.
• Maintain accurate project archives and ensure all documentation is properly controlled.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Document Control experience within FPSO, FSO or offshore projects.
• Previous experience with FPSO/FSO conversion, construction, commissioning or operations projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and project documentation.
• Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, AVEVA or similar.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, technical documents, certificates and project records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Preferred

• Experience working with major FPSO/FSO contractors, operators or shipyards.
• Offshore/Oil & Gas project experience.
• Experience supporting project handover and asset documentation.
