Job description:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs such as training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle routine employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
• Help organize and coordinate HR projects, meetings, and events.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• SPM, DIploma, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR software is an advantage.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
