Job Summary

Coordinate and support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, maintain documentation, liaise with partners, and assist production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for effective tracking
• Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry to support project management processes
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to communicate project details and resolve issues
• Manage purchasing of materials to meet project requirements and timelines
• Assist project and production managers with project coordination and execution tasks
• Provide administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate courier services to support project logistics

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in any field (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to engage vendors, suppliers, and partners via email and phone
• Demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information
