A growing technology company is looking for a Business Development Executive to win new customers within SEA's F&B, Nightlife and Hotel sector.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and approach restaurants, cafes, hotels and other food-service businesses.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Contact business owners and other decision-makers through outbound sales activities (cold calls, cold emailing).
• Understand each customer’s operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Prepare sales proposals based on the customer’s business requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts while protecting profitability.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Work with marketing, product and customer-service teams to support customer onboarding.
• Maintain strong client relationships after the sale and identify further business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity within the F&B sector.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience within the technology SAAS or F&B industry.
• Proven B2B sales experience involving restaurants, cafes, hotels or food-service businesses.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good understanding of the F&B industry and the challenges faced by business owners.
• Able to manage leads and sales opportunities independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience selling point-of-sale, SaaS, technology or other business solutions would be preferred.
