About the Roles

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join a construction organization based in Central. This permanent position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 6:30pm, with a competitive package of basic salary up to $4,000 plus performance bonus. The role provides an opportunity to develop creative design solutions while working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams on a variety of interior projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with clients to gather project requirements, budgets, schedules, and design expectations.
• Create design concepts, space layouts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and scaled plans using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to support client presentations.
• Coordinate the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and building management throughout project execution.
• Ensure designs align with project specifications and building requirements.
• Oversee multiple projects while delivering practical and high-quality design outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art & Design, or a related discipline.
• Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural work.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong capabilities in design development, space planning, presentation, and client management.
• Able to work independently, manage project timelines, and handle multiple assignments effectively.
