Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the company and coordinate construction-related activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower to different project sites according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on work progress with site teams.
- Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in planning project resources, materials, and equipment to support operational needs.
- Work closely with various departments to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
- Support management in reviewing operational performance and implementing process improvements.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the management.
