Responsibilities
ASPRI–IPI is the training arm of ASPRI and plays an important role in developing a safe, skilled and future-ready Process Industry workforce. We work closely withindustry, government agencies, accreditation bodies and subject-matter experts to deliver practical, high-quality training.
This isan opportunity to join a growing institute and help strengthen our training quality while supporting new local and international programmes, including AMPP and future capability areas such as new energy and nuclear-related industries.
As Assistant Quality Manager, you will lead the Service Quality/Learning Supportteam and coordinate IPI’s quality and accreditation activities. You will work across Operations, Scheduling and Training & Development to keep programmes audit-ready, improve learner service and support the successful introduction of new courses.
You do not need to be an expert in every accreditation framework from day one. We are looking for someone organised and curious who can understand requirements, bring people together and turn them into workable processes.
The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to support audits or programme delivery. Applicable time-off, transport and meal arrangements will follow prevailing organisational policy.

Association of Process Industry (ASPRI)
Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interest of companies in Singapore’s Process Industry. This includes the petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors. Our membership comprises mainly Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) that support the Process Industry in the areas of plant maintenance and plant construction.
ASPRI works very closely with several key stakeholders including its members, Process Plant Owners, Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), to propel the growth of the Process Industry and its supporting industries.
