Key Responsibilities

• Client Scheduling & Coordination
• Support the arrangement and coordination of client appointments
• Maintain and update calendars to ensure efficient scheduling
• Assist with sending reminders and following up with clients

Marketing & Communication Support

• Assist in planning and posting content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Monitor engagement and help maintain consistent posting schedules
• Contribute to simple content creation, including captions and visuals

Documentation & Proposal Assistance

• Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing client proposals and presentation materials
• Ensure all documents are accurate, well-structured, and professionally presented

Administrative Duties

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email handling
• Maintain organised digital records and documentation systems
• Provide support for ad-hoc operational tasks when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Familiar with basic social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Professional and trustworthy when dealing with sensitive information

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva)
• Prior experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems or other digital tools
