Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,500 (Based on qualifications & experience)
Mandarin Speaker Preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns
  • Support brand-building activities and market presence
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties

Events & Trade Activities

  • Organize exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows & customer events
  • Coordinate event logistics, booth setup and promotional materials
  • Support client engagement activities

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage company social media platforms and content calendars
  • Develop creative content ideas
  • Monitor social media performance and engagement

Marketing Materials & Reporting

  • Create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Prepare brochures, presentations, posters & marketing collaterals
  • Prepare marketing reports and campaign analysis

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Support communication with clients, partners & business stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and marketing proposals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in digital marketing & social media management
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience in events, exhibitions, trade shows or roadshows
  • Creative, proactive, resourceful & detail-oriented
  • Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred
