Job Advertisement: German Language Teacher (Freelance)

The Malaysian-German Society (MGS) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated German Language Teacher to join our team on a freelance basis.

Position: German Language Teacher (Freelance)

Location: Malaysia, Penang

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging German language lessons to students of various proficiency levels
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Prepare teaching materials and assessments
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

• German teaching degree or certification in teaching German as a foreign language (DaF/DaZ)
• Proven experience in teaching German
• Valid work permit for Malaysia
• Willingness to work on a freelance basis

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach both in-person and online classes
• Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange
