Position: Drafter

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings , fabricate drawing , As-built drawings

• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques

• Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations ,finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries& procurement.

• Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in construction-related , civil engineering field

• Good Communications skill

• Knowledge of structural will be beneficial

• Academic in relevant structure steel , building/engineering

• Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage

• Proficiency in Tekla Software , Autocad ,REVIT

• Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline

• Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill

• Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm) , Sat (Half Day)
