CSYAP Group Hiring! Full Time Material Planner in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Material Planner to manage end-to-end material and inventory planning, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time while optimizing inventory levels and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule materials based on production and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory parameters including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategy.
• Manage daily MRP exceptions, material shortages, excess, obsolete, and aging inventory.
• Coordinate with Buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, MOQ, lead time, and supply flexibility.
• Ensure purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory performance and implement actions to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Support capacity planning, material forecasting, cycle counting, and inventory control activities.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions for material and inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information, planning data, supplier information, and operational reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, production planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; AutoCount experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers.
