• Design, implement and support enterprise endpoint platforms using SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Lead endpoint modernisation, security baselines, compliance, patching, OS deployment and device lifecycle management.
• Administer Microsoft Defender and develop PowerShell/Python automation to improve endpoint security and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise endpoint issues, conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure governance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drive regional endpoint standards, technology adoption, deployments and technical leadership across engineering teams.
