Responsibilities
Duration: 6 months
Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse, and consolidate user feedback and operational data to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project updates.
• Support service request management and monitor SLA performance.
• Track and follow up on system issues, enhancement requests, incidents, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Maintain and update user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
• Provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Finance Systems & Services team.
Requirements:
• Diploma and above in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of finance, payroll processes, or finance systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
