LV Control Hiring! Full Time Junior Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

1. Wiring Design & Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings for the complete wiring process, including electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layout plans, material lists and issue FAT form.

2. Assembly & Installation: Assemble electrical distribution boards and control panels, route harnesses, and install low-voltage distribution systems following safety standards. Handle the complete wiring process, including the first mock-up unit, according to drawings approved by the customer.

3. Testing & Quality Control: Perform complete QC procedures, such as continuity tests, insulation checks, and functional tests on wired panels or equipment, before final sign-off.

4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify wiring faults, loose connections, or component failures and assist in executing repairs under supervision. This includes site surveys, analyses, troubleshooting, attending site meetings to provide technical solutions, and preparing detailed reports. 

5. Component Sizing & Selection: Identify materials and select appropriate components and accessories based on project requirements, including material estimation and stock availability checks.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of wiring changes, parts lists, and test protocols to ensure compliance with project specifications.

7. Schedule Management: Ensure the wiring schedule is maintained on time to meet the customer's required delivery lead times.

8. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment. Ensure all wiring devices and tools are regularly serviced, well-maintained, and kept in good working condition.

9. Lightning Protection System: Handle site inspections, prepare proposals, AutoCAD drawings, and detailed reports for customers.

10. Teamwork: Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams to complete the design process for customer approval, and attend site visits and meetings to understand customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or with proven work experience.

• Able and committed to complete product design using AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn from others and work diligently to build a successful career.

• Willing to carry out overtime working whenever required by the company.
