Summary:
Oversee on all electrical maintenance activity at site. Direct involved in supervising critical electrical machinery maintenance. Operates, inspects, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities to achieve most efficient results. Assures that equipment is being maintained in a safe manner. Minimizes down time through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in planning & to carry out preventive maintenance on customer facilities
- Perform troubleshooting on customer facilities equipment.
- Handle first level helpdesk’s supports and services.
- Provide on-site installation and technical support for our solution.
- Adequate internal/external training's as well as guidance will be provided.
- Report progress to Team Lead/Manager.
- Be a part of technical teams, share new skills, ideas and implementations.

Qualifications:
- Should possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related engineering field from any accredited institution.
- Fresh graduate is welcome as well, you must like to travel and communicate with people.
- Capability: Possess good discipline, attitude and good communication skills.
- Skills: Must be able to prioritize and manage multi-functional task, fast learner, to use and manage hand and power tools.
- Basic networking architecture, troubleshooting skill, communication skill, Windows Platform.
- Able to work Independently and communicate well with team member.
- Must be able to speak and read Bahasa Malaysia and English.
