Responsibilities
Marketing & Admin Intern / Assistant
* Bukit Merah
* Monday to Friday, 930am to 530pm, 2-4days a week
* IMMEDIATE
* Able to commit till end Jan 27
* $13/hr
* Good learning exposure
* Temp / Part-time convertible to full time position
Responsibilities:
* To provide admin support to sales & marketing: research, prepare information on new products, upload them to our website (and sort product images in website & etc), taking photos for new products, take product videos to demo products and etc.
* To assist in preparing/packing, arrange & keeping track of samples deliveries to clients.
*To assist in planning, developing and executing B2B marketing plans that may include participation in industry conferences and events, trade show to promote our products & services
* To assist in Marketing, Digital Marketing efforts (handling of social media accounts, filming or create contents for company’s social media accounts)
* To maintain the showroom tidiness and cleanliness.
* And other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
* Proactive, spontaneous, detail-oriented and receptive to try different tasks
* Able to work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, with basic photography, video editing, and design skills.
* No experience needed but must be eager to learn and possess right attitude
