The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of clients consisting of private local and foreign companies in the provision of corporate secretarial services which includes:

• Attending to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters

• Incorporation of or striking-off of companies

• Preparing the necessary documents re AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ minutes etc

• Advising on and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions

• Being conversant in statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities

• Maintaining necessary statutory records

• The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Undertaken courses in statutory secretarial works, or equivalent qualifications

• Familiar with the Companies Act and related requirements

• Minimum 2 years corporate secretarial experience, desirable

• Proficiency in computer skills
