Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Project Secretary for an FPSO project to be based at site.
Provides professional secretarial and administration support to the project’s site team members
Full secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager
Ensure the efficient running of the site office
Plans, coordinates and organizes meetings and events
Assist in preparation of various reports and documentation as required
Manage and record petty cash (if applicable)
Manages procurement of office supplies and other essentials and arrange distributions
If required, ensure travel, accommodation, permits, medicals and other project related arrangements are made
Collates and checks timesheets from project personnel, arranges for approval and submission
Liaises with agents, vendors, contractors for services required for the project
Arranges security passes and any other documentation requirements for the site
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
Candidate must have FPSO project experience and have site-based experience (preferably in shipyard environment)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with sense of commitment and responsibility
Austen Maritime Services provide a range of port agency, tow management, heavy lifting and bespoke technical services, and act as local representative on behalf of owners, charterers and operators of many vessel types.
Our niche expertise is to provide payroll services. We currently administer more than 5,000 seagoing and shore based contract personnel. For project personnel assigned to Singapore, we assist with a wide range of expatriate services such as welcome orientation, accommodation, school selection, car rental, utilities, employment pass, dependent pass, travel and many other services.
Our customer focus is mainly offshore oil and gas companies, shipping and maritime industries, engineering companies and independent contractors providing specialist support to all these sectors. We have many repeat customers who place great trust and confidence in our reliability and professionalism. All our customers are unique and we add value and customize our solutions by understanding their specific business needs and requirements.
