, designed to develop future business leaders through cross-functional rotations, international exposure and senior executive mentorship.

Potential exposure includes product management, business intelligence, operations, marketing, partnerships, cross-border e-commerce, risk and compliance.

Potential exposure includes game design, product management, artificial intelligence, operations, marketing and esports.
What You Will Do
Analyse business performance and recommend practical solutions
Support the development and improvement of digital products and user experiences
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business growth
Collaborate with regional product, technology, operations and commercial teams
Lead cross-functional projects under the guidance of senior management
Requirements
Prospective or recent graduate with a recognised bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
No more than two years of full-time working experience by the end of the application window
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, co-curricular activities or community involvement
Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Open to local and overseas rotations based on business requirements
Genuine interest in technology and the selected business track
