Responsibilities
We are hiring for our Holland Village and Tanglin Mall locations.
We’re looking for a
friendly, energetic, and passionate Barista
to join our team! If you love coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering great customer service, we’d love to meet you.
We value our team and have many team members who have been with the caffe for over a decade.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks
Engage warmly with customers and provide excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a barista or in F&B (preferred, but not required)
A love for coffee and a passion for customer service
Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Willing to learn and grow with us
Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
