Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage and grow key customer accounts within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, managing account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and other assigned KPIs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and regular sales performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through new products, promotions, distribution expansion, and customer development.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade terms, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Monitor customer orders, inventory levels, deliveries, and product availability to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve customer issues and deliver agreed plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and consumer demand.
• Support the planning and execution of trade promotions, product launches, and in-store activities.
• Analyze account performance and provide recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and market share.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and work closely with Finance on credit and payment matters.
• Prepare presentations and business reviews for customers and internal management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial agreements, and relevant FMCG industry requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
