About the role

Develop and carry out marketing plans and activities to support the company's business goals and improve brand awareness. Manage and update the company website, including product information, company information, images and other relevant content. Research market trends, competitors and industry developments, and suggest suitable marketing strategies and promotional ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and carry out marketing plans and activities to support the company's business goals and improve brand awareness
• Manage and update the company website, including product information, company information, images and other relevant content
• Research market trends, competitors and industry developments, and suggest suitable marketing strategies and promotional ideas
• Plan and carry out marketing activities and prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, catalogues, brochures and digital content to improve brand and product awareness
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events and promotional activities when required
• Monitor marketing activities and digital performance, and suggest improvements when necessary
• Stay updated with marketing trends, digital platforms and new marketing tools to improve marketing effectiveness

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Good understanding of marketing, digital marketing and brand communication
• Experience or knowledge in website management and content management tools
• Creative and able to research, suggest and carry out marketing ideas independently
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini for marketing research, content creation and reporting
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication, organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing or industrial products will be an added advantage
