Working Days: Monday to Friday only

Working Hours: Based on arranged schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and light food items according to company standards.
• Operate coffee equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
• Manage order accuracy and speed, ensuring minimal wait time for customers.
• Support team operations, including stock management and restocking as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
• Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior F&B or barista experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Able to start work early and punctual on timing.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passionate about coffee and providing great service.
