Job Description
Responsibilities
Salary: $2,000 – $2,600 per month
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Pack stocks accurately for deliveries and courier collection
Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with Operations and Accounts departments regarding orders and payments
Perform data entry, filing, printing and other administrative duties
Conduct daily stock counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
Receive and issue stocks accurately
Prepare and maintain inventory reports
Monitor and control incoming and outgoing stocks
Manage the e-commerce system and update order statuses
Assist with loading, unloading, lifting and carrying of goods
Maintain proper organisation of stocks and inventory
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Well-organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable with handling and moving goods as part of daily work
Applicants with relevant warehouse, packing, inventory or e-commerce experience will have an advantage
