• 3+ years of experience in complex Customer Support environments, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, or compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows, navigate multiple systems, and follow detailed SOPs accurately.
• Strong experience in email-based customer support, in addition to phone and chat support.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar, structure, tone, and the ability to clearly articulate customer issues.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and maintain strong process discipline.
• Willingness and flexibility to work weekends when required.
• Ability to manage high ticket volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of fintech concepts, with the ability to quickly learn new financial products, processes, and terminology.
• Strong reading comprehension, with the ability to understand lengthy SOPs and follow procedures precisely.

Pay: Up to RM6,200.00 per month
