Oriental Coffee International Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Technician in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,700 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for outlets and HQ facilities (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, equipment, fixtures).
• Respond to breakdowns, repair requests, and on-site troubleshooting at outlets and HQ.
• Assist in installation, relocation, and setup of equipment or fixtures.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and spare part usage records.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors or contractors when needed.
• Attend to urgent or ad-hoc maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, outlet damage).
• Support general repair works such as carpentry, painting, signage fixing, and infrastructure upkeep.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance for outlets and HQ facilities, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and upkeep of equipment and property.
• Experience in outlet/retail/restaurant maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, plumbing or air-cond servicing preferred.
• Able to travel to outlets when required.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in warehouse and outdoor environments.
