Job Overview

Sacha Inchi Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is looking for an energetic, confident, and creative Live Host to join our growing team!

If you enjoy being in front of the camera, talking to people, creating engaging content, and driving sales through live streaming, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Introduce and present products to viewers in an engaging and informative manner.
• Interact with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and feedback during live sessions.
• Promote products, campaigns, promotions, and special offers during live sessions.
• Encourage customer engagement and drive sales through effective product presentation.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage, pricing, and promotions.
• Create a fun, positive, and engaging atmosphere during live sessions.
• Prepare and review products, promotional materials, and talking points before going live.
• Assist in developing creative ideas, scripts, and content for live sessions.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor customer feedback, questions, and current trends to improve future live sessions.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the company and its products.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Live Host, TikTok Host, Sales Host, E-Commerce Host, or similar position is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to interact naturally with viewers and respond quickly to comments.
• Passionate about Live Streaming, Social Media, Sales, and Marketing.
• Creative and able to generate interesting content ideas.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or other live-streaming platforms is an advantage.
