Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers.
• Assist in managing client account opening, maintenance, and documentation processes.
• Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, and investment-related documentation.
• Coordinate client instructions, transactions, and service requests with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor account activities and ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
• Support KYC, AML, and periodic review processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Liaise with investment, product, operations, and compliance teams to facilitate client needs.
• Assist in preparing management reports and sales activity tracking.
• Ensure high-quality client service and contribute to a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, retail banking, or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking products, investment products, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and account documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required
