Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide product information.
• Handle complaints or refer them to the supervisor when needed.
• Assist in promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Refill shelves and display areas with products.
• Ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled.
• Assist in inventory checks and stock counts.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Help with store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure security measures are followed (loss prevention).
• Cooperate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend briefings or training sessions as required.

Education, Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic sales and product knowledge.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
